Sidelight Apparel Return Policy
We're so excited for you to receive your new t-shirt! Since every Sidelight Apparel item is custom-made just for you, we have a unique approach to returns.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each t-shirt is made-to-order, we aren't able to offer exchanges or returns for sizing issues or if you change your mind. To ensure a perfect fit, please check the size chart on each product page. If you're not sure, don't hesitate to reach out with any questions before you order.
Refunds
We only offer refunds for items that are damaged, defective, or misprinted. If this happens, please contact us at sidelightapparel@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to resolve it for you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within two weeks of the estimated delivery date. We'll file a claim and work to get a replacement sent to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order! If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
